Barbara Kruger

I am doing a presentation on Barbara Kruger on Monday-- thought I should do a post on her too. This is just a handful of her powerful art.












I'm kind of obsessed with her. She has found an aesthetically pleasing way to get her ideas out and yet present them in a bold, powerful manner. I want to be able to get my ideas out in such a way...


Also- she is a professor of art at... UCLA! (although, she was a prof at UC Berkeley for four years and it was here she decided to start using photos in her art!)
